My wife and I have worked with CBC since late 2020 in preparation for an extensive 6-month home renovation that has just ended. From the beginning, all the staff were professional, responsive, friendly and so easy to work with. We felt that we were part of the process and that any questions or concerns we might have were always listened to. We were actively involved in the project and would visit the site regularly. All the builders on-site were highly skilled, hard working and unfailingly polite. They also understood when we needed to make unexpected changes to the plan and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the outcome – and we are! The quality of their work is superb and will last us for years to come. We are delighted with our renovation and the whole process overall. I highly recommend this building company. CBC refurbished our grade II listed house in London. It was a six-month build. The refurbishment included removing all non-original additions, damp-proofing, structural work, completely new pipework and wiring, refurbishing original mouldings and woodwork and external works. The quality of their work was outstanding. Their employees are real craftsmen, unfailingly courteous and incredibly hard working (arriving every day before the 8am start time and working until 5pm. I will definitely use them again.
