Kirk King has worked on a variety of projects for local government, private organisations, and private individuals. He brings a wealth of experience in the delivery of land acquisitions, development, property services, residential building surveying, project management and property management.

CBC works with a customer focus, quality-driven, adaptable, and responsive team of surveyors, project managers, and advisors. The team cover the west midlands, South East and M25 corridor. CBC also has a national network of supply chain professionals delivering locally to customers. They are all managed from an adaptable client-specific centralised management structure.

Property and Administration Manager
Natasha Miller BA Hons

Natasha has a well built career, providing executive administrative support and is key in assisting the principal of the business to manage and provide a range of property services to CBC clients.

As well as being our property manager, she oversees budgets, dilaps, maintenance issues, Health & Safety and managing and installing KPI’s for the team and is the go to for our commercial, industrial and residential portfolio enquiries in London and the Midlands.
